Jean-François LECOMTE

Born in 1954.
After studying art at the Corvisart school in Paris, he began work as a model maker in the Creative department of a Paris publicity agency.
In 1976, he became a free-lance illustrator and worked for the press, publishing and publicity.
From 1986 to 1997, he worked on large panoramic projects such as illustrations of mountain ranges and places of current and historical interest for Geo Magazine.
He has also specialised in regional panoramas for Country Councils, town and country planners and the Paris Institute of Geophysics.
More recently, frescos, murals and other decorative work for private clients.
He has also painted sculptures and objects for the fashion trade and advertising, including inflatable structures and mascots.
